NAIL WRAP PEN
This dual ended nail wrap pen is a must have for nail wrap application! It’s filled with rhinestones making it stylish as well as functional.
The ceramic quartz end is amazing for pushing back cuticles and for buffing off dead skin and invisible cuticles on the nail and will give you the smoothest base for your Starlit Gels application.
The silicon side is perfect for helping to smooth the wraps on during application and pressing the edges down firmly in order to create a good seal!
