Important Shipping Update for USA Customers

Please note that the following applies to all products except the shipping of untracked Nail Polish Strips which are shipped as letters.

What Changed?

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, specifically US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has, along with several other international postal operators, temporarily suspended partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.

Why This Change Has Occurred?

The suspension has been implemented to ensure compliance with new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements, which now mandate that duties and taxes must be prepaid on all shipments prior to arrival in the US. This change impacts most international shipments entering the US and Puerto Rico and is outside the control of individual shippers.

What This Means for You

• Tracked Shipments to the US and Puerto Rico are temporarily delayed or restricted.
  

• Untracked shipments of nail polish strips are not affected by this change and will continue to ship as normal.
